How can I order?
You can place your order either through our webshop or in our store.
How can I pay?
You can pay in two different ways, either by iDeal or PayPal.
We will send you your order, as soon as we receive your payment.
If you buy your piece of jewelry in our store, you can pay with your pin, by creditcard (MasterCard or Visa) or cash.
What is the delivery time?
As from the confirmation of your order, our delivery time is 3 days minimum, on condition that we have the piece of jewelry in stock.
Should it not be in stock, the delivery time will be about one week.
In case you want to receive a piece of jewelry urgently, when it concerns a present, it is best if you contact us via email@example.com
Almost all our jewelry is unique, so it is not possible to order jewelry that is no longer available or sold out.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 48 hours you can cancel your order, on condition that it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org
How will my jewelry be sent?
Your order will be sent to you as a ‘Mikropakket’.
The shipping costs are €8,95 within the Netherlands. We will inform you by e-mail on which day the package will be offered to you.
Exchange and Return
Can I return my purchase?
Within 7 days after the purchase date you must have informed us of your wish to return. This can be done via email@example.com
After these 7 days your purchase is definite, and you can no longer return. Your purchase amount(minus shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 30 days. This only applies to jewelry purchases via the webshop.
Jewelry purchased in our store can be exchanged for another jewel or a voucher of the purchase value. We don’t refurbish you with cash.
For custom orders or wedding ring orders that are canceled, we charge 50% of the agreed price as expenses. This is equivalent to the down payment for the order in question.
What are the costs for returning a purchase?
The product must be returned registered and insured within 7 days. You pay these shipping costs yourself. Of course you can also return your purchase free of charge at our store. The jewelry may not be damaged and / or worn. A purchase receipt must be enclosed.
What is the guarantee on jewelry?
Minouche en Rûne delivers high quality handmade jewelry. We provide a 1-year warranty, from purchase, on any construction defects. We are not liable in the event of wear or negligence and costs will be charged. This also applies to the loss or damage of a stone or pearl. It is often unclear how this came about, so we cannot provide any guarantee for this. It is advisable to drop by at our store occasionally so we can check your jewelry.
